Pricing Questions

How do I receive my access code?
After completing your payment, you will be redirected to a confirmation page. Your access code will be sent to the email address you provide during checkout, usually within a few hours during business hours.
When does my access period start?
Your access period begins when you register your account using the access code — not when you purchase it. This means you can buy a code now and activate it whenever you're ready.
Can I extend my access?
Yes. You can purchase a new access code at any time and enter it in your account settings. The new time will be added to your remaining access period.
Do you offer refunds?
Access codes are non-refundable once used. If you experience any issues, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Can I buy codes for my organisation?
Yes. You can purchase multiple codes and distribute them to members of your team or organisation. Each code can be used by one person. For bulk purchases, please contact us directly.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
